Located in Central Lambton, the town of Plympton-Wyoming is a community of 7,500. As a result of a 2001 amalgamation, the community features a strong mixture of rural and urban lifestyles.

The Town of Plympton-Wyoming is dedicated to preserving and showcasing our history and proudly works directly with the Plympton-Wyoming Historical Society (PWHS). The PWHS has worked hard to establish a museum at the Camlachie Cultural Library at 6745 Camlachie Road.

Tucked away in Camlachie you will find Bonnie Doon Golf and Country Club. This beautiful 27-hole facility offers a great round to all levels of golfers, and a great meal afterwards. Not to be missed are two campgrounds located within the municipality. Lakewood Christian Campground is a family owned and operated park. Where meeting new friends and creating lasting memories is all a part of the Lakewood experience. Paradise Valley Campground can also be found here. This campground boasts 400 sites, full hook-ups, tent and cabin sites, a petting zoo, mini-golf, two pools, and a “Bounce Pillow”. The family will love it here!
